Step 1: Visit the Website

• Open your web browser and go to:
  👉 https://www.schhwwmmg.org/book-online

 

Step 2: Click “Log In” or “Sign Up”

• If you already have an account, click "log in".

• If you're new, click “Sign Up with email” to create a member account. 

• Enter your email address and create a password and submit. Please use the same email address that you used to sign up to the Guild.  

• You will be asked to confirm your email. Check your email and enter the 6-digit code into the form you see on the screen.  Hit "Confirm and Sign Up".

​Step 3: Wait for Approval

• The site has manual approval so you will see a message like:

  “Your membership request has been submitted and is pending approval.”

• Approval could take 1–2 days. 

• Once approved, you will receive an email saying your membership has been approved.

  * If you do not receive an approval within 3 days, please send an email to the following address stating you are waiting for approval: website.scwoodshop@gmail.com

Step 4: Log In and Explore

• Once approved, go back to the site and the "Book a Class" page.

• Log in with your new account details.

• You will now be able to:

  • View upcoming classes

  • Register for training

  • Access Guild Documents

Step 5: Edit Your Account (Optional)

• On a PC or Mac, scroll to the far right of the screen and you will see a down arrow*. 

• Click on this and click "Profile". Click on "Edit Profile".  Check your name and phone number are correct. If not, change them.  You can also add a profile picture if you wish.Enter your name, email address, phone number.

• Click “Update Info”

*This down arrow will also reveal your upcoming and past class bookings.  It you need to cancel a class booking you are able to do so here.
