I bought someone's cache of pen making stuff and have quite a few nice presentation boxes, even some dual pen or pen/pencil ones. The trapezoidal one is maple and contrasting hardwood and is nice enough that it could be left on a desk. The "lift" box is similarly nice, made of bubinga and as the recipient opens the box, the pen/pencil lifts up and is ready to be plucked out. Both of these boxes are reasonably unique. The black box is "carbon fiber" and has a luxurious inside with room for 2 items, if needed.

$10 for lift, $7 for trapezoid, $5 for the others. I have more of each kind and volume discounts happily offered. I'm not going to make enough pens to fill them all.
